Abstract

The article examines in detail the foreign experience of protecting the rights of persons with disabilities. The importance of international experience in this regard is analyzed from a legal perspective. In particular, the adaptation of people with disabilities to the environment, their vocational rehabilitation processes, and the strategies for their employment have been examined in accordance with international law. One of the most important social issues in the world is the employment of people with special needs. Therefore, vocational training for these individuals, continuous improvement of their professional skills, and government oversight of vacancies are important aspects of state social policy. The article also con- siders the opinions of specialists in this field, allowing us to draw the necessary conclusions on this issue and ways to solve it. When analyzing foreign experience in the social sphere, it was maintained that some aspects are advisable to adapt to the requirements of our national legislation.
