In this article, opinions were expressed on improving the constitutional and legal framework for the development of the energy system of the New Uzbekistan and on the improvement and analysis of regulatory legal documents related to the national and international concept and system of issues of environmental and legal provision. Also, the most important issues related to the theory of environmental law, the legal framework for the development of green energy, and the further development of the system of future prospects were analyzed. The constitutional and legal basis for the development of the energy system of the new Uzbekistan issues of environmental and legal provision were studied from the point of view of the problems of regulating the sources of energy law, the national and international significance of energy law in the Natural Resources System, and the origin of the right to use it in the framework of scientific research. The constitutional and legal basis for the development of the energy system of New Uzbekistan in the energy sector is carried out in certain forms and methods. Legal relations related to the constitutional and legal foundations of the development of the energy system of New Uzbekistan, the content of norms aimed at their regulation, the essence and problems of their implementation, the constitutional and legal foundations of the development of the national and international energy consumption system, and the powers of the governing bodies of New Uzbekistan are implemented in the following cases.
