CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

In this article, the results of the step-by-step reforms carried out in the system of state power, the government considered its core, as well as the rights and powers of the Prime Minister, their responsibilities, in this regard, as a result of the referendum held in our country in 2002, 27-th January, 2003, 24-th April, the law “on amendment with the adoption of the new edition on December 10, 2019, the Prime Minister’s legal status in the government activity and at the same time the reforms on increasing responsibility have reached a new level. Also, as a result of the reforms carried out, a number of changes have been introduced into the system of executive power of our country, including the termination of the post of chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, the introduction of the norm on the leadership of the Prime Minister to the Cabinet of Ministers and the personal response to his activities, at the it was enlightened by the analysis. At the same time, the opinions of national and foreign lawyer scientists who studied the activities of executive power and government, as well as about the government and their leaders in developed foreign countries, are also briefly described.
