SPECIFIC FEATURES OF EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT GOVERNMENT BODIES

This article analyzes the theoretical aspects of evaluating the activities of local government and its effectiveness. The article discusses the factors that determine the effectiveness of government, their types, legal theories based on the views of scholars. In addition, the article presents the factors influencing the effective functioning of public administration on the basis of legal theory and legislation of several foreign countries and compares them with the legislation of the Republic. At the same time, the author makes relevant proposals to assess the effectiveness of public administration. Of course, with such a structure of state power at the national level, it was not possible to carry out the reforms initiated in the country on a large scale. Therefore, referring to the world experience of statehood, the correct conclusion was drawn that state authorities should be independent, and in the system of representative bodies of local self-government, apply the principle of separation of powers, tested in world state practice. the creation of the relevant bodies was started on the basis of Art. In other words, the representative, executive and judicial bodies of state power were created on the principle of separation of powers.
