FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE LEADERS OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES

This article analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the activities of public authorities and their leaders. In addition, the importance of socio-economic factors influencing the effectiveness of the heads of government agencies has been studied in detail. The further expansion of these factors shows how broad the scope of society is today. The article also analyzes the topic and explains the factors that lead to the effective implementation of the activities of heads of public authorities. The article also analyzes the topic and explains the factors that lead to the effective implementation of the activities of heads of public authorities. As noted in the Concept of Administrative Reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Concept), the mechanisms for assessing the performance of public authorities consist only of recording the current situation and the current collection of statistical data. in most cases it does not reflect the real state of affairs on the ground. One of the priorities of the Concept is the introduction of a fundamentally new system for evaluating the performance of all levels of executive power, including public authorities, based on the achievement of target indicators and the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic development programs. At the same time, the introduction of such a system poses new challenges for scientists to study the activities of public authorities.
