Abstract

Today, the development of effective solutions to conflicts arising as a result of activities related to the rapidly growing global economic relations, trade, and production processes is of great importance. This research work, using scientific facts, theoretical analyses, and practical examples, reveals the importance of the role of private international law in the development of the legal framework for solving such problems. This article also examines current issues related to the sector, such as the digital economy and regional trade agreements, and explores the flexibility of private international law instruments in addressing these contemporary challenges. The article also presents important conclusions for scientific work being carried out today to strengthen the role of international private law in cross-border economic relations. Proposals for the development and adaptation of international private law to the relevant field will contribute to the resolution of disputes that may arise in the future and raise transboundary activities to a new level.
