Mazkur maqolada yuridik germenevtikaning vujudga kelishi, uning huquqshunoslik metodologiyasidagi oʻrni hamda tarixiy rivojlanish bosqichlari yoritilgan. Gugo Grotsiyning huquqiy matnlarni talqin qilishga oid qarashlari, germenevtikaning keyingi taraqqiyotiga koʻrsatgan taʼsiri hamda zamonaviy huquq nazariyasidagi ahamiyati ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Maqolada germenevtika, yuridik germenevtika va huquqiy talqin tushunchalari konseptual tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, huquqiy normalarni zamon talablari asosida sharhlash zarurati va germenevtikaning huquqni qoʻllash amaliyotidagi metodologik vazifalari ochib berilgan. Maqolada tarixiylik tamoyiliga asoslanib yuridik germenevtikaning metod sifatidagi ahamiyati tadrijiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda keltirilgan nazariy tahlillardan davlat va huquq nazariyasi va tarixi, huquqiy ta’limotlar tarixi ixtisosligi doirasidagi ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlarida foydalanish mumkin.
