Tizimli-huquqiy, qiyosiy-huquqiy va institutsional metodlar yordamida Oʻzbekistonning amaldagi modeli hamda ilgʻor xorijiy davlatlar modellari har tomonlama taqqoslangan. Natijada milliy model huquqni muhofaza qiluvchi, kompleks va axborotni samarali tashkil etish usuliga koʻra markazlashgan-integratsiyalashgan maxsus model sifatida toʻliq tavsiflanadi. Shuningdek, tahliliy materialning jinoiy-protsessual ahamiyati, ichki axborotni funksional ajratish hamda funksional hisobdorlik mexanizmlari ilmiy asoslangan. Berilgan takliflar milliy qonunchilikdagi monitoring amaliyotini takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi.
