ADVOKATLIK FAOLIYATINI RAQAMLASHTIRISH VA ADVOKATLIK SIRINI SAQLASH KAFOLATLARI

Maqola advokatlik faoliyatini raqamlashtirish sharoitida advokatlik sirini saqlashning konstitutsiyaviy-huquqiy kafolatlariga bag‘ishlangan. Unda malakali yuridik yordam olish huquqini taʼminlash, shaxsiy hayot daxlsizligi hamda inson huquqlarini samarali himoya qilishda advokat va ishonch bildiruvchi shaxs oʻrtasidagi munosabatlar maxfiyligining ahamiyati koʻrib chiqilgan. Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi tahlili asosida raqamli muhitda maxfiy axborotni saqlash, uzatish, qayta ishlashning huquqiy muammolari ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, huquqiy, tashkiliy-protsessual va texnik kafolatlarni qamrab oluvchi “advokatning raqamli immuniteti” doktrinal modeli taklif etilgan. Advokatlik faoliyatida sunʼiy intellektni qoʻllash hamda yuridik ahamiyatga molik qarorlar qabul qilishda advokatning kasbiy nazoratini saqlab qolish masalalariga alohida eʼtibor qaratilgan.
