Tahlil doirasida Yangi Oʻzbekiston modeli Germaniya, Fransiya, Italiya, Avstriya, Polsha, Rossiya, Qozogʻiston kabi davlatlarning konstitutsiyaviy tajribasi bilan taqqoslanib, har bir institutdagi muhim oʻzgarishlarning konseptual va huquqiy ahamiyati ochib berilgan, konstitutsiyaviy islohotlar natijasida davlat boshqaruvi shaklining xususiyatlari boʻyicha mualliflik xulosalari ilgari surilgan.
